Star Force: Star Force

Remember the show is called Ryuusei no Rockman in Japan, so this episode title isn't so weird.

Plot Synopsis
MegaMan tracks down the FMians and proceeds to just kick the shit out of all of them at the same time, using his new power, the Star Force, which allows him to take the forms of the AM Satellite admins to increase his power. That is about the bulk of this episode, MegaMan fucking up all the bad guys.

While the action is happening, Gemini Spark attacks Cygnus Wing to take the Andromeda key. His goal is after the Earth is destroyed, he'll head back to Planet FM and take it over with Andromeda. Well that's not good enough for MegaMan who blasts Gemini Spark, Cygnus Wing, Cancer Bubble and Libra Balance all at once. All the FMians take off, except Cygnus who is killed in the blast, and Tom Dubious is released from his grasp, alive.

Omega-Xis regains the Andromeda Key and breaks it, figuring no good will come of it. Omega-Xis and Geo head home, and Geo tells Omega-Xis that he's sorry for suspecting that Omega-Xis killed his father, and that he believes his father is still out there. As they are leaving, Pat picks up the broken Andromeda Key and says, "the game isn't over yet MegaMan."

Critique
This entire episode is literally just MegaMan fucking up all the FMians with a couple of plot points thrown in for good measure. What's there to say? This is the big pay off episode and it works well enough as a climax to the story arc. It's really more of a scene than an episode really, but a good scene.
